Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using Your Fantasy Toolkit, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

If you are not legally able to agree to these terms on your own, you may use the site only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Using generated results

You may use names, combinations, prompts, and other results generated by the site in personal and commercial projects. Attribution to Your Fantasy Toolkit is not required.

You are responsible for deciding whether a result is suitable for your project and for checking relevant trademarks, copyrights, character names, business names, or other third-party rights before using it. Permission to use generated results does not guarantee that a result is available for registration or free from third-party claims.

Website content and acceptable use

The permission above applies to results produced by the generators. It does not transfer ownership of the website itself, its branding, artwork, written guides, layout, software, or other original site materials.

You agree not to:

• use the site for unlawful purposes or to violate another person's rights;
• interfere with the site's operation, security, or availability;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or related systems;
• use automated requests at a volume that degrades the service for other visitors; or
• misrepresent an affiliation with Your Fantasy Toolkit.

Availability and disclaimers

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. I may add, remove, suspend, or change tools and content at any time. I do not guarantee that the site will always be available, error-free, secure, or that generated results will be accurate, original, or appropriate for every purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. You use the site and its results at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creator of Your Fantasy Toolkit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the site or generated results.

Florida law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and applicable federal law of the United States.

I may update these terms as the toolkit changes. The date at the top will identify the latest version. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
